Greek Museum Of Olive (Kapsaliana)

  Overview:

The long-lasting and close relation of this region but also the entire Crete’s with olive and the oil reflects the organization of the Museum of Olive in Kapsaliana.

It is a settlement that used to constitute the glebe of Arkadi Monastery. There was situated the olive mill of the monastery that was built by the end of the 16th and beginnings of the 17th century. The settlement is preserved today and it has been restored and maintained almost diametrically.
